Freshman Orientation is a fast-paced session that introduces you to the University and offers a preview of what to expect for your first semester. The program includes course registration and a campus tour.
Transfer Orientation offers a comprehensive, accelerated session that gives you the opportunity to register for classes, familiarize yourself with the University, and prepare for a successful transition to UConn.
Campus Change Orientation is for continuing degree-seeking students changing from a regional campus to the Storrs campus. This program is specifically designed to help you familiarize yourself with services and resources available at the Storrs campus and includes a guided campus tour.
Orientation for all new international undergraduate students is required and will support you during your transition to the University through academic advising, informative workshops, and other activities.
Each summer, parents/guardians are warmly invited to attend a program that will introduce you to the University and give you an opportunity to learn about the experience awaiting your son or daughter as a new Husky.
