All course registration/orientation reservations for new students are coordinated through Orientation Services. Make your reservation through your orientation portal. The reservation system is entirely automated and will provide you with the most up-to-date information about orientation/course registration options. If you cannot attend orientation, you must contact Orientation Services who will provide you with instructions on how to fill out your orientation reservation.
As a regional campus student, you will attend an Orientation program at your appointed regional campus. Programs at each campus are specifically designed to help prepare you for your first semester and include information about academics and student-life.
Each summer, parents/guardians are warmly invited to attend a program that will introduce you to the University and give you an opportunity to learn about the experience awaiting your son or daughter as a new Husky.
Orientation for all new international undergraduate students is required and will support you during your transition to the University through academic advising, informative workshops, and other activities.
Campus Change Orientation is for continuing degree-seeking students changing from a regional campus to the Storrs campus. This program is specifically designed to help you familiarize yourself with services and resources available at the Storrs campus and includes a guided campus tour.
